Delivery schedule The contractor must provide a detailed schedule of their work within 5 business days of contract award. As soon as the contract is signed with the contractor, the latter must begin work within 10 working days and complete it within 4 months. The work in the building will have to be carried out in 4 phases. The contractor must therefore take all necessary measures to comply with this schedule, in particular to have workers work on days, evenings, and weekends if required. By submitting a bid for this project, the contractor accepts these terms and agrees to abide by them.
