Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Martinsville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The scope of work is to develop, design, construct, operate, and transfer improvements under a public-private partnership for the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville, Indiana. Interested entities are to submit Proposals and Statement of Qualifications for the project. Proposals must conform fully to specifications available at the administration building or via the provided web link. Instructions to bidders specify that proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked, with one original and three copies, and an optional electronic copy. Proposals require a signed and executed Indiana State Board of Accounts styled non-collusion affidavit. No exceptions will be allowed. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The District anticipates the notification of the most appropriate response and awarding the BOT Agreement on July 16 , 2026 , at the regular Board Meeting .
