The City of Hickman is seeking bids to replace its Return Active Sludge (RAS) and Waste Active Sludge (WAS) pumps in its wastewater treatment system. The current pumps are not properly designed to function with the existing clarifier, and the city is looking for a solution that involves constructing above ground pumps with appropriate overload and freeze protection. Proposals are to be submitted for consideration, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the City of Hickman. The city reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive minor informalities, or request additional information if necessary.
