Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Amite, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a industrial development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves the construction of a metal storage building, paved parking and sidewalks, earthwork, landscaping, associated utilities, and other related work. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract on a Lump Sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids must be submitted electronically through Centerline BidConnect, by Registered or Certified Mail, or hand delivered. All hard-copy bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the contractor's Name, Address, and License Number. Bids will only be accepted from those who have been provided bidding documents and must be submitted on the provided Bid forms. Bid security must be furnished according to the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must meet State of Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law requirements under the classification of Commercial Building Construction. All questions regarding the Bid Documents and any substitution requests shall be submitted to SJB Group, LLC., attn: Jacob Haynes, via Centerline BidConnect by 2:00 pm local time on June 24, 2026. Responses will be posted via Addendum on online by 2:00 pm local time on June 29, 2026.
