Separate sealed bids will be received for Pine View Middle School, Site Clearing and Paving with Modular Moving, Installation, and Infrastructure, STPSB Project No. 2561. Complete bidding documents are provided by the architect and may be obtained from specified locations for a refundable deposit or downloaded electronically at no cost. Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates must accompany all bids, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, as outlined. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must comply with all applicable Louisiana Contractors Licensing Laws. The owner may give preference to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, in accordance with the law.
