The City of Grapevine is seeking a qualified Construction Management at Risk Firm that has the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide services in connection with Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS) Relocation and Generator placement construction project located at 3600 Fairway Dr. Grapevine, TX 76051. The RWPS must remain operational during the construction process. The Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) is responsible for creating and enacting Maintenance of Station Operations (MOSO) plans for the project construction at the RWPS. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the RFP guidelines and the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 10, Subtitle F, Chapter 2269. All questions regarding the terms, conditions, or specifications must be submitted through the eBid system. Performance and payment bonds are required and must be delivered by the construction manager not later than the 10th day after executing the contract, unless a bid bond or other financial security acceptable to the City is furnished to ensure that the required performance and payment bonds will be provided when the guaranteed maximum price is established.
