Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.
The intent is to establish a pool of qualified contractors to provide general public transit-related construction and construction-related services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, general construction activity for the Public Transit and Neighborhood Enhancement Division. Work may include bus shelters, structures, enclosures, improvements for buildings, ramps, roadway, walkway, parking areas, related work, landscaping, utility and drainage, illumination, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, carpentry, roofing, signage, and more. All aspects related to public transit construction projects are anticipated to be federally and locally funded, and services related to each funding source must be clearly identified and delineated throughout the project lifecycle.
