Construction of a 62 social housing units spread over five floors, intended for single people and low-income families. at the intersection of Labrecque Street and Père-Lelièvre Boulevard in Quebec. The project includes: 4 studios; 13 one-bedroom apartments; 40 two-bedroom apartments; 5 one-bedroom apartments; an underground parking garage with 32 spaces; a surface parking lot shared with the parish with 21 spaces. TIMELINE: Conceptual design is underway. Public information session is scheduled for June 22, 2026. Tender and construction timelines will be determined once all approvals are in place. Further update in fall, 2026. Note: budget information will be released at a later date.
