Reference Number 0000323907 Scope includes but is not limited to:- .1 Work of this Contract comprises removal and replacement of an underground sewage septic tank and associated piping, electrical and surface remediation located at Cartwright Point of Entry near Cartwright MB, and further identified as Cartwright PoE - Septic Tank Replacement. .1 Remove and dispose of existing concrete Septic Tank. Provide proof of safe disposal; .2 Work with Consultant to obtain soil samples of immediate area for testing; .3 Remove contaminated soil as required; .4 Make connections (plumbing) to existing building service connection; .5 Supply and install new manhole and frame and cover; .6 Supply and install 100mm PVC SDR35 Sanitary gravity main and associated insulation and required casing spacers; .7 Supply and install 300mm HDPE casing pipe by HDD method .8 Supply and install concrete 2-cell septic tank, c/w risers and cover; .9 Supply and install electrical components for submersible pump, including all conduits, wiring, controls, floats, piping, supports, and panel box connections as per Electrical drawings; .10 Supply and install 40mm HDPE DR17 forcemain; .11 Supply and install 40mm PVC distribution pipe network; .12 Supply and install treatment mound; .13 Supply and install parking surface structure as per Civil drawings .14 Any and all other work as provided on Civil drawings. .15 Provide Temporary Washroom Facilities during construction for use by Occupants Question Deadline 06/18/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
