Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Moorhead, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The three buildings are Center for the Arts, Hagen Hall, and Comstock Memorial Union. With the controls upgrade equipment attached to actuators should be replaced such as dampers and control valves to ensure they are compatible and operate optimally. The current BAS has been migrated to a Tridium Niagara front-end and much of the graphics may be reused with some basic modifications and additions required. Bids will be received by Ameresco.
