Work consists of providing kitchen hood cleaning services for the Sheridan VA Health Care System, including cleaning and maintenance of kitchen exhaust systems in accordance with applicable safety and regulatory standards. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform comprehensive cleaning of kitchen hoods, ducts, exhaust fans, and associated components to ensure proper operation, fire safety compliance, and sanitary conditions. Services shall be performed as specified in the Performance Work Statement, with adherence to OEM requirements where applicable, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor must ensure proper documentation of services performed and compliance with limitations on subcontracting requirements under the set-aside program.
