Reference Number NB-26-3340 The Work includes the supply of labour, transport, materials, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Work. Also included is all work of a general nature such as co-ordination, clean-up, property protection and testing. In general, without limiting the scope of the Work, the Contract consists of the supply and installation of a new exterior insulated metal wall cladding system, including: - Removal of existing metal cladding; - Removal and reinstallation of all exterior electrical, lighting, cameras, heat pumps, air conditioners, HVAC vents, and all other exterior electrical and mechanical items; - Removal of existing metal clad and wood trim boards on existing concrete block walls; - Supply and installation of new self adhered air barrier; - Supply and installation of z-girts or other supports and connections; and - Supply and installation of new insulated metal wall panel system, including all trim, flashings, and accessories. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Hampton, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. The Town of Hampton reserves the right to reject any and all Tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at online.
