The Board of Directors of Three Oaks Public School Academy seeks sealed bids for the 2026 TOPSA Heating System Upgrade, Project# 25213. Bids must be submitted in a sealed format to the designated location by the specified due date and time. Each bid must include a 5% bid bond or certified check, a sworn and notarized criminal background affidavit, a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or Superintendent, and a sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement. Only bids containing these required disclosures will be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled before the bid submission deadline.
