Sealed bids will be received for Playground Improvements for the Early Childhood Section at Denning Elementary School. A Performance Bond in the full amount of the contract is required. The contractor must pay Prevailing Wage Rates and work under the district's Project Labor Agreement with the Egyptian Building and Construction Trades Council. All qualified businesses are given equal opportunity in the awarding of contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in the bidding procedure, or accept the bid that serves its best interest. The Owner may set aside a bid from a contractor who does not exhibit past experience equal to the size and scope of the project.
