Mexichem Fluor Inc. (MFI) is working under a Department of Energy grant to design, engineer, plan, and build a Lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) plant in Louisiana. MFI will issue a request for quotation (RFQ) for a Supersack Unloading Package intended to unload bulk solids shipped in bulk bags. The package must include a hoist, support structure, hopper, and be designed to avoid product contact with ambient air moisture. Construction must be of stainless steel. Proposal evaluation will consider technical, commercial, and governmental compliance, as well as past experience, supplier qualifications, and compliance with submittal requirements. Bidders must execute non-disclosure agreements, be approved for bidding by the technology licensor, and be registered in good standing with SAM.gov within the 30-day advertisement period before receiving bid documents.
