Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Strafford, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Strafford is seeking general contracting services for the renovation and physical preservation of the Strafford Town Office, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The work must be performed in accordance with architectural plans approved by the National Park Service, Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation, and the Strafford Selectboard. Bidders are instructed to review the attached RFP for further instructions and drawings. Contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit with the engineering firm and architect at the specified location and date.
