Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work to be performed includes removing the existing fence, removing existing asphalt pavement, reinforcing an existing ditch, installing a new signal pole and mast arm, installing a new wood gate, performing channelization, installing permanent signing, constructing ADA curb ramps, grinding and overlaying pavement, property restoration, and miscellaneous work. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the bid. All documents for the project will be available online, and the official plan holders list will be maintained for notification of any addenda. Supplemental responsible bidder criteria will apply, and any bidder determined not responsible may appeal by providing additional information. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The successful bidder must comply with equal opportunity requirements. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against.
