Dimeo Bismark , A Joint Venture , is the Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Stamford s New Westhill High School . We are soliciting bids again for a REBID of select Trades on this project. - The project is a 450,000 sf new high school and demolition of the existing high school. This project is slated to begin in April 2026 This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set-aside (30% SBE and 10% M/WBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
