Dimeo / Bismark, a Joint Venture, is the Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Stamford's New Westhill High School. This is a Rebid for the Following Scopes of Work: 03b Site Concrete and 14a Elevators Only. This Project is Public Bid. All other documents are required. The project is a 450,000 sf new high school and demolition of the existing high school. This project is slated to begin in April 2026. Please refer to the schedule in the bid documents.
