Nebo School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide commissioning services for the rebuild of Spanish Fork Junior High School. The project consists of a two-story, approximately 172,000-square-foot on-site replacement of the existing school, designed to accommodate approximately 1,200 students in 8th and 9th grades. Question Deadline 06/15/2026 at 2:00 PM MT All questions MUST be submitted through the Bonfire platform The scope of work includes , but is not limited to : Attending design meetings as requested by the NSD Design team . This may include the milestones of schematic design , design development and construction design . Vendor should plan on attending a minimum of 15 meetings . Reviewing design documents for commissioning -related aspects. This includes , but not limited to, reviews at design development , 90% construction documents , and 100% construction documents . A special emphasis will also be on the HVAC controls specifications . Define scope for on- site inspections during construction phases . Length of construction phase is estimated to be 36 months for Spanish Fork Jr. High School . Observation report distribution and follow - up . Developing a comprehensive commissioning plan o Conducting pre -functional and functional testing Providing systemperformanceverification o Ensuring compliance with energy codes and sustainability goals o Delivering final commissioning reports o Attend contractor trainings for district personnel One year and two -year follow -ups and complete recommissioning of systems after building completion . The mechanical systems will contain the following : o Rooftop AHU'S o VAV boxes Condensing Boilers o o Chillers o 4 pipe systems with Hot Water and Chilled Water pumps controlled by VFD's o BAS system
