The City of Lethbridge (the “City”)’s Lethbridge Waste and Recycling Centre is a multifaceted facility that includes a regional landfill, Organics Processing Facility, Material Recovery Facility, Hydrovac Waste Receiving, public drop off and construction and demolition waste facilities. The site requires industrial wind fencing to contain litter during wind events. This project is to remove and replace an old section of fence and add additional fencing. The scope of work under this contract includes the provision of all necessary materials, equipment, products, labour, and transportation, along with all incidental work required, for construction of the project including, but not limited to: Undertake “Prime Contractor” responsibilities. Project management and coordination including suppliers and sub-contractors. General safeguarding of worksite. All contract surveying. Preparation and implementation of traffic accommodation plans, detours, and signage. Quality control. Erosion and sediment runoff control. Dust control. Mobilization and demobilization including transporting equipment to and from site. Supply and installation of screw anchors. Supply and installation of assorted pole and fence support hardware. Supply and installation of wire rope. Supply and installation of litter fence netting. Installation of OWNER supplied deer fence netting.
