It is the intent to define the work necessary for the development of a turn-key communications tower facility as part of the Sullivan County Public Safety Communications system at 25 Schoolhouse Hill Rd, Jeffersonville, NY. The work required includes, but is not limited to: Civil Work (road and compound), foundations, conduit, piping and wiring, primary power/conduit, major site component placement, ice bridge, grounding, supply and installation of tower and its foundation, supply and installation of shelter and its foundation, and supply and installation of perimeter fence.
