Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jurupa Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work will take place on various streets including, but not limited to: Granite Hill Drive (from Lindsay Street to Hunter Street), Lindsay Street (from Ben Nevis Boulevard to Mission Boulevard), Campbell Avenue (from Ben Nevis Boulevard to Mission Boulevard), and Hastings Boulevard (from Campbell Avenue to Hunter Street). The project consists of AC pavement rehabilitation primarily by the grind and overlay or removal and replacement of existing AC pavement and reconstruction of the existing roadway. This includes, but is not limited to, new concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, catch basins, storm drain, driveway approaches/driveways, and ADA access ramps, thermoplastic striping and pavement markings, traffic control, and other related work as described in the Specifications and Contract Documents. Contractor's license "A" is required to bid with Bid bond of 10% of bid amount, construction duration is 120 working days and liquidated damages is $1000 per calendar day. Contractor shall comply with the Prevailing wage requirement and SB 854. Question Deadline 06/17/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Award is subject to final approval.
