Description

Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.

Electronic and sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors for the bid-build Fuel Farm Expansion project. All submissions must include numbered responses explaining each outlined specification in the scope of work, with corresponding paragraph names and numbered items. Proposals must include the bid price for construction services described in the Scope of Services/Appendices, and be submitted using the included Bid Proposal Form. Additional mandatory submittals include written verification of bonding capacity from a licensed surety company. Submittals not via DemandStar must be on 8 ½" x 11" paper, or folded to that size if larger, stapled or comb bound (not in 3-ring binders). Each proposer must submit one original, one USB copy containing the electronic proposal, and one redacted copy if applicable. Redacted proposals are for trade secret information only. The redacted version is for potential public records requests.
