Brief Description: The purpose of this project is to address deteriorating and aging sewage infrastructure that serves the Ebensburg Center campus. This project will also remove Infiltration and Inflow from the sewer collection system which should lower our bills from the Ebensburg Borough Municipal Authority. Questions submitted to online. Open-cut construction of approximately 770 linear feet of 6 inch diameter PVC Sanitary Sewer and 1490 linear feet of 8 inch diameter PVC Sanitary Sewer. HDPE Pipe bursting approximately 2710 linear feet of 8 inch diameter Sanitary Sewer. CIPP lining 1025 linear feet of 8 inch diameter Sanitary Sewer. Construction of new manholes, connection to existing sewer and laterals, pavement cutting, excavation, trenching, dewatering, backfilling, compaction, testing and related work. Includes bypass pumping of sewage flow during construction, traffic control, erosion and sediment control, existing utility locating, cleaning and televising the sanitary sewer system in advance of construction, and related work. 2. The project could also include the construction of HDPE pipe bursting of select sanitary sewer pipes from manhole EB-19 to manhole EB-32 (the run going to the wastewater treatment plant), along with replacement of select manholes along this run, and related work. 3.
