The OMHM is conducting an open public tender for specific masonry repair work, replacement and repair of caulking, and painting of metalwork at the Benny Farm residences located at 3500, 3510, 3700, and 3800 Benny Avenue in the Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grace borough. . The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. . The work will be carried out in four buildings for families and seniors, the types of which can be detailed as follows: . 3500: a six-story (6) steel and concrete building containing 51 units . 3510: a six-story (6) steel and concrete building containing 40 units . 3700: a six-story (6) steel and concrete building containing 101 units . 3800: a six-story (6) steel and concrete building containing 45 units Each building also has access to an indoor garage and utility rooms in the basement. . The units will be occupied during the work. 2. Contract duration . According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin upon signing the letter of commitment, but this date may be changed by the OMHM.
