All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to the Category Buyer. Prior to the time and date indicated, all bids shall be delivered to the Contracts Specialist at the address provided. Bids received after the specified time and date shall not be considered, except as provided in the section entitled "Late Submission." The bid shall be in a sealed envelope properly labeled on the outside with the project name and number and the bid opening date. Unless specifically authorized in writing by VIA, no telegraphic or tele-faxed bids will be considered. Scope of Services: The intent of this scope of work is to prep and install approximately 4,750 square feet of polyurethane cement mortar flooring system at the VTOC location on 4902 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, Texas. The existing conditions are a bare concrete floor that was previously utilized as an automotive service center and grocery store. This area will be used to house overhead storage racks, so minimal floor leveling and moderate surface prep will be required. VIA is seeking qualified flooring installation contractors capable of prepping the existing concrete and installing a Sherwin-Williams SL45 Mortar System or VIA approved equivalent, more particularly described in the Technical Specifications at Attachment "A". The Contracting Officer must receive requests for changes to, or approval of equals, clarifications or modifications to the IFB no later than 2:00 p.m., on June 29, 2026.
