Description

Renovation of a recreation facility in Union City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

The project primarily consists of replacement of existing air handler units AC 1 and AC 2 at Mark Green Sports Center located at 31224 Union City Blvd in Union City, California. The Engineer's Estimate for the project base is Two Hundred and Three Thousand Dollars ($203,000). The allotted time to complete the project will be 65 working days (5-calendar day). The successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond, and a Maintenance Bond. The Contractor shall possess a Class C-20 and C-43 California contractor's license at the time this contract is awarded. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. This contract is subject to the State contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code Section 12990. Please be advised that the project is expected to be awarded at the City Council meeting on June 23, 2026.
