Sealed bids are invited for the City of Greenwood "Main Street Segments 1 & 2" project as described in the plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted on a fully completed Indiana Form #96 (Revised 2013) and be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total base bid amount. Bids must be in sealed envelopes marked with the bidder's name, business address, and "Main Street Segments 1 & 2." A performance bond equal to the contract price and a payment bond for subcontractors, contract laborers, material suppliers, and persons furnishing services will be required upon award. Bids cannot be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any part of any bid, and waive informalities. The lowest responsible and responsive bid will be accepted.
