Tarrant County is seeking bids for an annual contract for as-needed fence and gate installation, demolition, and repair services. The contract includes the provision and installation of new fences and gates; demolition, removal, and replacement of like-for-like fences and gates; demolition and removal of fences and gates; and repair of fences and gates. Bidders must submit pricing for each line item, and the award will be made to the lowest overall total bid that meets all specifications. The contract term is twelve (12) months, with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at Tarrant County’s discretion and with Vendor approval. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract term. Required documents for renewal must be updated and submitted within the specified timeframe for each renewal period. Bidders are instructed to download all bidding documents from the designated location and check the activities section for pre-bid conference information.
