Electronic bid submissions only, shall be accepted and received by the City on or before the Submission Deadline through the City's Bidding System from qualified proponents to submit a proposal for Engineering Consulting Services to undertake the Detailed Design, Contract Administration (Provisional), and Construction Observation/Inspection (Provisional) for the reconstruction of the Tecumseh Road East and Forest Glade Drive intersection, including associated trunk storm sewer improvements. A Bid submitted by mail, in person, fax, e-mail or other electronic means, other than through the Bidding System, will not be accepted.
