The project is for the fabrication, transport, staging, and installation of custom-built signage types for implementation in TxDOT right-of-way, primarily in The Lakefront and along Eldorado Parkway. Bidders are required to submit electronic offers only, through IonWave. Required documents can be scanned and uploaded with the electronic offer; offers submitted outside of the system will be rejected. A Cashier's Check or Proposal Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid must be included as a guarantee. The Bid bond may be scanned and uploaded but must be received prior to the bid opening. Do not email copies to Town staff directly. The Town strongly requests that bidders submit responses electronically. Electronic bidding eliminates errors, unnecessary work, and is friendlier to the environment.
