Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 374,500-square-foot laboratory facility.
The Project Terra Canada National Capital Area is part of the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) on the existing campus at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The Client, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), has engaged EBC Inc. to act in the capacity of Construction Manager (CM). The Component 1 portion of the project consists of a basement, a storey building and a two-storey penthouse. The new building is around 374,500 sq ft (35,000 m2) GFA. Bids must be submitted online.
