This is a single lump sum bid contract and includes removal of two existing boilers and primary and secondary hydronic pumps and accessories at the Lakeville Water Treatment Plant and replacement with two new Riello Boilers and associated primary and secondary pumps and associated hydronic piping specialties including expansion tank, air separator, chem shot feeder, and side stream filtration system. This includes all associated work including but not limited to demolition, electrical, piping, concrete, envelope, controls, etc. Removal of two existing boilers and three hydronic system pumps and accessories at the Lakeville Police Station and replacement with two new Riello Boilers and three associated hydronic system pumps and associated piping specialties including expansion tank, air separator, chem shot feeder, and side stream filtration system. This includes all associated work including but not limited to demolition, electrical, piping, concrete, envelope, controls, etc. Removal of existing air handling unit and associated condensing unit at the Lakeville Maintenance Facility and replacement with a new modular indoor air handling unit and multi-stage condensing unit and associated piping and accessories. This includes all associated work including but not limited to demolition, electrical, piping, concrete, envelope, controls, etc. Alternate 1 (ADD) includes removal of three hydronic system pump variable frequency drives (VFDs) at the Lakeville Police Station and replacement with three new VFDs. Alternate 2 (ADD) includes removal of two existing boilers and primary and secondary hydronic pumps at the Lakeville Water Treatment Plant with two new Riello Boilers and associated primary and secondary pumps and associated hydronic piping specialties including expansion tank, air separator, and chem shot feeder and side stream filtration system. Project includes mechanical systems upgrades at the City of Lakeville Water Treatment Facility, Police Station, and Maintenance Facility. Mechanical systems upgrades include but are not limited to the following: a. Removal and replacement of two existing boilers, two boiler pumps, and two system pumps at the Water Treatment Plant with two new Riello Boilers, new boiler pumps, and new system pumps. b. Removal and replacement of two existing boilers, and three system pumps at the Police Station with two new Riello Boilers, and three new system pumps. c. Removal and replacement of existing modular air handling unit and associated rooftop condenser at the Maintenance Facility with a new modular air handling unit and new rooftop condensing unit. d. Alternate 1 - Removal and replacement of three system pump VFDs with new VFDs at the Police Station. e. Alternate 2 - Removal and replacement of two existing boilers, two boiler pumps, and two system pumps at the Maintenance Facility with two new Riello Boilers, new boiler pumps, and new system pumps. f. All associated electrical work, mechanical work, structural modifications, and architectural modifications for a complete and operable system.
