Major quantities for the Work include: removal of 860 linear feet of railroad tracks; 2,367 cubic yards of common excavation; 20 cubic yards of excavation for contaminated materials; installation of a 3-inch bituminous trail covering 7,875 square feet; installation of ten 12-inch by 18-inch signs; 183 linear feet of 15-inch RC pipe sewer (Design 3006 Class V); 907 linear feet of silt fence, Type MS Bioroll; 1,699 cubic yards of common topsoil borrow; seeding of 211 pounds of residential turf grass; application of 3,160 pounds of hydraulic stabilized fiber matrix; construction of 378 linear feet of 72-inch chain link fence; and installation of two 20-foot vehicle gates. Bids will ONLY be received electronically. Contractors must submit bids via QuestCDN.com and pay an additional $42 fee at submission. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bids must include bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid. Bidders must submit a signed statement under oath verifying compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The work is subject to minimum wages and labor standards per the State of Minnesota.
