Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Sedona, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform a complete diagnosis and repair of the existing wet and dry sprinkler system at the Red Rock Ranger Station Administrative Office. Work includes assessment of the existing wet and dry sprinkler system and the fire supply line, identification of deficiencies, and preparation of a detailed report outlining required repairs to ensure compliance with current codes and regulations. Services also include performing all necessary repairs and modifications to restore the system to proper operating condition in accordance with applicable standards.
