The contractor is to complete all work shown in the plans for the RDLS and STEM Elementary Parking Lot Reconstruction Project at 7020 12th Ave S, Richfield, Hennepin, MN. The scope includes paving (concrete), parking lots and ramps, pavement marking, bituminous patching, coating, surfacing, asphalt overlay, rehabilitation or maintenance, concrete walkway, concrete pavement, ADA curb ramps, sitework excavating and grading, pavement resurface and rehabilitation, curbs, pavement removal, parking lot paving, concrete pavement removal, and paving (asphalt or concrete). Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis without alterations, additions, or erasures on the provided form. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked with the project name, name and address of the bidder, and the date and hour of opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site.
