The Wemlinger Communication Systems Upgrades project will install and/or upgrade five (5) different communications systems within Aurora Water's Wemlinger Water Purification Facility located at 18301 E Quincy Avenue in Aurora, Colorado. The systems include: 1) Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) Distributed Antenna System (DAS) 2) Cellular Phone Distributed Antenna System (DAS) 3) Lone Worker Monitoring and Alerting System 4) Business Network Wi-Fi System 5) SCADA Network Wi-Fi System The successful Contractor will also be responsible for installation of all necessary electrical and communication infrastructure necessary to support the installation of and expansion of the systems listed above. Those additional improvements include, but are not limited to: o Installation of approximately 150 linear feet of new underground duct bank. o Installation of over 10,000 linear feet of new communications and power conduit. o Installation of roughly 8,500 linear feet of fiber optic cable utilizing both new and existing raceways. o Installation of over 10,000 linear feet of communication and low-voltage power cable. o Retrofit existing electrical raceways and manholes to support the installation of new infrastructure.
