Construction subcontracts are available for multiple scopes of work including masonry, millwork and finished carpentry, roofing and accessories, exterior siding, doors, frames, and hardware, windows, storefront and glazing, framing, sheathing, and air barrier, tile finishes, acoustic and specialty ceilings, interior paint and wall coverings, exterior painting, miscellaneous specialties and carpentry, food service equipment, modular building and components, fire protection, HVAC and plumbing, electrical, earthwork and utilities, site hardscapes and site furnishings, and landscaping for the Sumner High School Addition PH2. Sealed bids must be delivered to Sumner School District Maintenance. Contract documents can be obtained online through Building Connected or at Builder's Exchange of Washington.
