Sioux Falls Regional Airport Concourse Expansion Phase 2 consists of Foundations and Flatwork, Deep Foundations, Surveying, Structural Steel (Vendor), Mass Timber (Vendor), Precast (Vendor), Mass Timber, Timber/SS/Precast - Erection, Curtain Wall/Glazing/Skylights, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Earthwork, Site Concrete, Roofing, Metal Panels, Selective Building Demolition, Fire Protection, Fences and Gates, Metal Studs/Drywall/Column Covers, Acoustical Ceilings and Wood Ceilings, Rough and Finish Carpentry, Doors/Frames/Hardware (Vendor), Casework (Vendor), Painting/Wallcoverings, Ceramic Tile, Terrazzo, Flooring/Base, Masonry, Signage, and Fire Places. Bids must be submitted electronically via Building Connected. Each bid of $100,000.00 or more must include a bid bond for ten percent of the bid amount, issued by a surety authorized in South Dakota, payable to the Weitz/Journey JV. The award is subject to approval by the Federal Aviation Administration and federal funding availability.
