Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.

McCord Development, Inc., on behalf of Generation Park Management District, is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of paving, drainage, and utilities to serve Generation Park East Section 4. The project is located within Northeast Harris County, east of Beltway 8, and north of Lake Houston Parkway. The project consists of approximately 190,700 cubic yards of excavation and fill placement, 39,000 square yards of concrete pavement, 9,600 linear feet of storm sewer, 3,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer lines, and two 215 linear foot bridges over Carpenters Bayou. These improvements are part of the offsite utilities and roadways to support the Eli Lilly campus being constructed in Generation Park. Proposals must be submitted electronically using the CivCast USA website. Bidders must register on this website to view and/or download documents for the project. There is no charge to view or download documents. Copies of the bidding documents are also available for review at the office of IDS Engineering Group. Failure to submit a response electronically by the deadline will result in the response not being considered.
