Selkirk College is seeking a qualified contractor for washroom renovations at its Castlegar campus. The project involves the renovation of two existing washrooms on the upper floor of the Gymnasium Building to create three new washrooms, including one accessible washroom. The total renovated area is approximately 200 square feet. The scope of work includes demolition, steel studs, drywall, interior finishes (painted gypsum board, ceramic floor and wall tile), supply and installation of miscellaneous specialties, painting, mechanical and electrical work.
