Renovation of a conference / convention center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Sealed bids are invited for the Oshkosh Convention Center: Lighting Controls Replacement. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City Manager, c/o City Clerk's Office, and clearly marked as a sealed bid for the specified project. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid walkthrough meeting at the Oshkosh Convention Center, which will provide a general overview of the project. Only bids from qualified bidders who attend this walkthrough will be accepted. Bids must be physically received by the City Clerk's office by the deadline; submissions by facsimile or email are not accepted. Bids submitted in any way other than as instructed will not be considered. Written requests for withdrawal of bids may be granted if received prior to the bid opening time. Further details and bid specifications will be provided at the mandatory meeting and posted online.
