Fraser Health has issued a Request for Proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ with respect to Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project Phase 1 Post-construction Review. Only Mechanical Engineering firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects less than $150,000 and meet the Independence Requirement are eligible to respond. Independence Requirement: neither the Managing Consultant nor any member of the Proponent’s team and subconsultants may have participated in the design, construction, commissioning, certification, or other delivery-related services for the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project Phase 1; a declaration of meeting this requirement must be included in the Technical Proposal. For sub-consultants in Acoustical and Asset Management disciplines, proponents should use firms included on the Authority’s Pre-Qualified lists that meet the Independence Requirement. Proponents are encouraged to attend an optional site visit. More information about the Project and Services is set out in Appendix ‘A’. All proposals must be submitted via the BONFIRE platform.
