Sealed bids for the FIRE STATION #3 DEMOLITION PROJECT will be received in the office of the Finance Director, First Floor, City Building, #1 Government Square, Parkersburg WV 26101, until the specified deadline. Only one proposal may be submitted by each respondent unless alternate bid specifications are included in the proposal. Envelopes must be plainly marked with the inquiry number and addressed to the Finance Director. Each bid must include the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested, and if a corporation, the name and address of the President and Secretary. A certified check, bank draft, or acceptable surety bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required. The Finance Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof if it serves the public interest. Vendors must be registered in West Virginia. If there are any questions about Open Bids or the Open Bid process, please contact Purchasing / Bids division of the City of Parkersburg Finance Department, 304-424-8434.
