Question Deadline 06/20/2026 All questions must be submitted in writing which can be sent to jwalston@cityofbr.org. Sealed bids are requested for cured-in-place pipe. Proposals should be clearly marked accordingly. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and to award the bid in the manner deemed to be in the City's best interest. Specifications can be obtained at the Department of Public Works office or on the City website. All questions must be submitted in writing 48 hours before the bid opening, with answers provided to all interested parties and posted publicly. Only responsive and responsible firms whose bids conform to all material terms and conditions will be eligible for award. Bid prices must remain valid for 60 days past the submission deadline. The City is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
