Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Piedmont, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are invited for the construction of a One Million Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank. All work, construction, and materials used and furnished must comply with the Plans and Specifications by Smith Roberts Baldischwiler. Labor Standards Contract Provisions are mandatory. Bids must conform to the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Plans, Specifications, and Bid Proposal, and must be obtained electronically through the SRB Bid Room at www.srbok.com under Quest CDN #9867445. Registration as a plan holder is required to receive all official notifications, addenda, and updates relevant to bid submission. Pre-qualification requirements: Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required. Bidders must also complete and return a Prequalification Form included in the Bid Documents prior to the end of business on June 18, 2026.
