Site work for a mixed-use development in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a car park and the extension of a road in the Trois-Rivieres airport area. Phase 1: Construction of the parking section with a capacity of 200 spaces, including lighting, access barriers, a payment system, fencing or guardrails if required, and cameras. Construction of a street north of the parking lot, including two separate access points. Construction of a temporary turning loop at the end of the street. Improvements to the geometry of Airport Street near the existing parking lot to allow passage for heavy vehicles. Plan to relocate a Hydro-Québec power line to avoid interference with the proposed parking lot. Install a fiber optic conduit to connect the terminal to the city's fiber optic network. Phase 2: Construction of the expansion of the secure parking section to increase capacity to 400 spaces. Construction of the street extension north of the parking lot to connect it to the existing Airport Road. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance is underway. Reference number: 20151269. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2026-06-15. Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document. The engineering services are required for the design and preparation of plans and specifications, the phasing of works, the management of equivalence requests, and on-site assistance during construction.
