Sealed bids are to be received for the Oak Park Tennis Courts, BID# 2027-2. All bid packets must be original and labeled on the outside of the envelope. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process. A Bid Bond, favorable to the City of Millington, executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The project includes but is not limited to installation of the new tennis courts and appurtenances in accordance with USTA regulations and all requirements of the Contract Documents. Along with installation of the new tennis courts, the generalsite work and improvementsinclude; demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, fencing, grading & drainage, handicapped accessible sidewalks, lighting, and sodding along with other items as outlined by the Contract Documents and as required to provide a complete project.
