The project is expected to be awarded sometime in August 2026.** Sealed Bids are invited for the construction of the French Mountain Pavilion, which includes delegated design, fabrication, and erection of a pre-engineered pavilion structure. Bidders must deliver their Sealed Bids to the Town Clerk at 20 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY 12845, by 2:00 PM local time on July 2, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work shall be substantially completed by October 2, 2026, and completed and ready for final payment by November 2, 2026. Bidders may obtain bidding documents from Suozzo, Doty & Associates, PLLC, at 4607 Lake Shore Drive, Lake George, NY 12845, and examine documents at the Town Clerk's office, Mondays through Fridays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Electronic copies are available upon request. Addenda will be issued only to those on record as having obtained bidding documents from the issuing office. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery of their Sealed Bids; late submissions will be returned unopened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities. Bids may be held for up to forty-five days for review and qualification checks. Each bidder must supply a bid guarantee of five percent of the total bid amount in the form of a bond or certified check. The successful bidder will be responsible for a one-year correction period and must provide insurance. Contract No.2 QA date - 6-25-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
